Atul Holkar is a corporate honcho and an army veteran with nearly three decades of work experience both in peace and at war.

As the founder of ‘Art of Working', Atul aims to convert the stress-filled work-life into enriching part of life's journey.

Atul is a certified coach in ‘Science of Happiness at Work' from the University of California, Berkeley; a Richard Bandler Certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner; a ‘Career Transformation Strategist' and a ‘Life Coach'.

Atul is also an accredited professional from Sloan School of Management, MIT, Boston; Kellogg School of Management, Chicago and IIT Delhi.

He is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and ISB, Hyderabad.

​Atul is a  visiting faculty to many prominent educational institutes in the country and a keynote speaker at various national and international forums.

Having travelled across continents, he has worked with large MNCs both in India and abroad. He has received multiple awards; he recently received the ‘Supply Chain Officer of the Year – 2019' award from NASSCOM.

​Having put in years of experience and the certifications from many prestigious academies and organisations together, Atul has embarked on a journey to transform lives that surrounds work with 'Art of Working'



Rajneesh Akhoury is an army veteran, Alumnus of prestigious XLRI, (a top management college), he has over three decades of experience in the Army as well as the corporate sector.

He is one of the handful bio-hackers in India and is immensely interested in the fields of Health, Nutrition, Exercise, Anti-aging and Longevity. 

Rajneesh started this journey in Oct 2016 after being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Since then, he has been able to reverse his condition without the usage of allopathic medicines.

Rajneesh being a  firm believer of INTEGRATED HOLISTIC FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE is passionate about transforming lives and to help others become disease-free for a joyful living.


Monica K Ahuja is a Life and Business coach. She is also an NLP Practitioner,  Personality Development Coach and a Sales Trainer.


She works as an empathic listener and running her Life & Business coaching practice basis that only.

Her sensitivity and understanding are embedded in her coaching owing to the varied professional background with over 20 years of work experience.


Her coaching style is progressive as she believes in LIVING THE SESSIONS and feels the content as she speaks making the audience feel connected towards the content. Leaving the best of footprints after she completes a session is her goal so that the session and coach are remembered by the audience.
